WORKING HARD FOR YOUR FAMILY SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION

THE ELDER AND DISABILITY LAW FIRM ANNOUNCES AN OFFER FOR THE FRONT LINE: HEALTHCARE WORKERS AND FIRST RESPONDERS

The Elder and Disability Law Firm has enjoyed and appreciated a long relationship with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities, especially in Southern California’s Inland Empire Region. We are grateful for the support we have received and, now in these difficult times, we would like to offer our support in return.

Having a power of attorney for your financial and healthcare decisions is an essential part of any basic estate plan because it gives peace of mind that you have a designated agent who can act on your behalf in the event you are unable to do so. It goes without saying that having such a plan in place becomes even more important in this current uncertain environment. Because of this, we are offering a free 30-minute phone consultation with an attorney and a uniform statutory power of attorney and healthcare power of attorney.

This offer is limited to anyone who is employed in the following industries or agencies within the Riverside and San Bernardino Counties:

  1. Hospitals

  2. Skilled nursing

  3. Assisted living communities

  4. Hospice

  5. All first responders including:

    • All paramedics/EMT staff

    • All firefighters

    • All law enforcement agencies

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  1. This offer is only for new clients of The Elder and Disability Law Firm

  2. You must be currently employed in either Riverside County or San Bernardino County in the categories listed above

  3. You must be able to show proof of current employment: current paystub and identification or badge

  4. This offer only applies to the frontline healthcare worker or first responder

We are offering this for a limited time, so please call by May 8, 2020 to schedule your free 30-minute consultation.

You are all important to us! However, our offer will have to be on a first come, first serve basis as our calendar will fill up quickly. We ask that if you choose to schedule a consultation that you keep the appointment and be available by phone at the designated time, in respect of your fellow healthcare workers and first responders that may have been placed on a waiting list. Our time and effort are our gift to our community, and we will work with you to be as accommodating as we possibly can.

Please call our office between the hours of 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We can be reached at 909-667-2671. When you call in, please let our staff know that you are employed in the healthcare field or are a first responder calling in for your free Power of Attorney consultation.
